A skater at the local park. Went there this evening and took some pictures, also rode my bike but I wasn't riding very well, left ankle is sore and a popped blister on my hand makes it hurt to hold the grips. I love it when the weather's warm enough to ride a lot.

That came out very well ... guessing at the time of day from the sky. And sharp for the shutter speed.
The flash is what stopped the motion actually. The slower-than-X-sync shutter speed was just to expose the ambient light a little more. And it was the best time of day to take pictures, right before sunset - not too dark to focus, not too bright to overpower the flash.
