A county road in my neighborhood. This was supposed to be yesterday's entry, but Hello wouldn't let me upload it... had to use the blogger upload and I forgot the setting so it doesn't match. Oh well.

My friend standing on his seat. I guess lighting comes in handy to freeze motion, but you could always pan to isolate the subject until you can afford it :) *might shoehorn this into the Duotone challenge if I don't get something better, but it rocks in color.. my mom likes the duotone version somehow*

  • Camera: Canon 350D
  • Lens: Canon 50mm 1.8
  • Aperture: 2.5

The sun. Processed a good bit to get the bottom part exposed right, and trying not to blow the top part out.. the sun itself doesn't look so hot, but I like the lens flares.

Got lazy again today, chose a shot from last May that reminds me of how much spring/summer rocks. Winter is OK, but the weather is so much nicer in spring and summer. And the days are longer, everything looks so much prettier, etc. Just like 3 months left!

My friend hitting an old dirt jump. It's small but it's not easy to ride since it's on the side of a hill, you land into a gravel road if you hit it right, and you can't see if traffic is coming. I rode it a lot last year until I tore a big chunk out of my knee by landing too hard on the gravel and sliding. Now I dont hit this one much
